Offer is valid for patients with or without health fund insurance who are new patients to Kelmscott Dental on their initial appointment. Where the patient has cover that pays benefit less than $350, a gap fee will apply. Offer is subject to health insurance fund yearly limits, waiting periods, fund and policy rules. Patient must mention this offer when booking and must present their health insurance membership card when attending their appointment. Where additional work is undertaken that is not part of standard comprehensive new patient appointments, an out of pocket charge may be incurred. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate for eligible patients. All other patients without private health insurance, cost is no more than $350. Ask us to check your rebate entitlement when you come in for your appointment.
